Distraction of the Day : Doctor Who!

None of the Doctors showed up at the Royal Wedding from what I heard (BLASPHEMY!!) but let's go get some new Doctor content... anyway! Here we go!

Finally I can download! Here's the First Doctor facing off against the Daleks!

3DS Life Episode One Coming This Weekend!!

Yes! We unbox and review the 3DS, kick starting a new era of Nintendo handheld reviews this coming weekend! At long last the cast comes out and 3DS Life launches! Yes!

We unbox the 3DS, review it, answer the nagging question of what a circle pad is, pick up some cards... what? There's no 3DS cards available yet?!?

DAMMIT!!

3DS Life... sorta like a trip to the dentist. It will be all straightened out, eventually, but not after several painful trips... sigh. Stay tuned for updates on the search for 3DS cards...

Day 10 Update : Compensation

To be fair once I read it I jumped the gun abit. There is something on there possibly for everyone... in some form of compensation... so I'll just remind Sony of the following.

1-It won't cost you anything to give out money to our accounts for your stuff. Really. In fact that's the best gift of all because...
2-Giving us free games is nice and all so I'll take that too... of course people are worried Sony will pack up horrible games as a gift... no problem with me, Sony, after all... your Episode 3 review will be what you give out so... if you give out horrible games don't blame me if you get horrible ratings back. Sorry. Then again some games people don't think well of that I actually liked so... (shrugs)... who can say? There is such a thing as a rare treasure that people are not playing enough of to know it's merits...

Thinking too far ahead. We'll see soon enough how Sony rewards our "patience".
New estimate? It may now be back partially if not completely by May 3rd I heard... that's Tuesday so that makes sense, next update and all so... looking forward to it.

Stay tuned for more news as it comes in.

Crisis at the PSN Day 10 - ...so... Sony is giong to what now?

I have to read the post fully myself but it seems, after Hulu (a third party provider on the PSN that I frankly didn't even know about... probably because it's only on the PS3) offered compensation for the outage, Sony decided to do likewise... for PS3 owners... in such pointless ways that completely axe out PSP owners... yeah... hmm... I'm going to look just to make sure, be right back. And oh...

3DS Life Episode 1
Got a bit of new content to go in while we continue to wait for the unboxing. Today it's just affirmation of what is going to be put together for the first reviews... still waiting for the unboxing.

PSP DLC Life Episode 2
Closing with an updated commentary on what Sony is doing now, should be done soon.

Distraction of the Day : Planet of the Daleks Episode 2 Part 2 and 3

OK. Let's get Episode 2 wrapped up!

Podcast Updates (April 27th 2011)

Let's see here...

3DS Life Episode 1
No progress... though I am again hopeful to be doing the unboxing and first reviews this coming weekend.
Progress - 50%

PSP DLC Episode 2
Almost done. A review or two more and it'll be put to bed. Then I'll begin getting PSP DLC Episode 3 ready to cover the partial re-opening of the PlayStation Network shortly.
Progress - 80%

Digital Scribbles Episode 4
Delayed until the PSN is back up fully. I'm still working on the reviews though for this coming month.
Progress - Pre Production

So that's that. More updates and the next part of Planet of the Daleks Episode 2 later tonight!

PSN Crisis Day 8 - And Then Came The Cable News Outlets (aka the Monied Media)

Sony's problemns couldn't possibly get any worst after yesterday's announcement that they had member's personal info stolen... then the Monied Media roosted on top of Sony and things got worst.

Yes, it is the largest event of it's kind for a corporation like Sony... barring the times it happened to Microsoft... did it happen to Nintendo yet? Anyone remember?... and Sony had to explain why it took a whole week to tell everyone that their personal information may have been pilfered... but at least we know a few things.

1-Odds are this wasn't Anonymous. Last time they did this they didn't steal personal info... if they did now then Anon and company are up a creek headed for Federal prison.
2-That whole thing about greasing our accounts with apology money credit when this is all over isn't sounding so preposterous after all since, well, Sony has alot of people to apologize to after this major blunder.
3-We're still waiting on the partial re opening of the PlayStation Netework, which I'll cover... depending on how it reopens that's the cast that'll cover it. Games most likely will reopen so that'll mean PSP DLC... if it's the video section that opens first, however, that's PSP TV... and finally if it's comics first (don't see why but just in case) that's Digital Scribbles... oh well.

So as we reach the start of the second week of Sony's woes Sony can only hope things get better from here on out... because they dread not make the boat sink any faster if they know what's good for them.

The PSN Crisis Day 7 : New Sony Update "...uh... whoops?"

If you've been waiting for the other shoe to drop? It dropped... on Sony's head.
Yes. Today Sony finally admitted that, guess what, there might have been some info stealing from the PSN only it didn't happen April 20th... actually it's more like April 18th to 19th... so... you know... if you buy all your swag with a personal credit card you might want to keep an eye out for identity theft. Me? Non stop use of pre paid PlayStation Network cards, no credit cards for me... oh, as for the rest of my identity? Well... I don't even want my identity, so I'm sure nobody wants that.

But it's clear now that Sony will probably not get off the hook with a hand shake and a better luck next time once they get the network back up... which is to be partially restored sometime this week according to Sony... if they haven't thought yet about that whole sticking some money into our violated accounts? Now would be a good time. Last call by the way on $20, because if any more bad news comes around I'm going to start taking called for $50 next... because, well, Sony is finally wearing their membership's patience to it's limit here. Nice, Sony, nice.

In related news pushing to wrap up PSP DLC Episode 2 so that, Episode 3, can be started ASAP once the Network is back up partially to cover what came back, what happened while we were off, and (more importantly) what part of my account (my long list of downloads I have accumilated) is still there for me to draw on... or did Sony wipe me out of all the stuff I purchased, yet another reason for Sony to pony up... no, not $20, just for Digital Scribbles alone the tab is like over $100... hmm... Sony's just unlucky this Easter aren't they!

Well update on podcast launch soon, and another 3DS update shortly, stay tuned!

The Daily Update for April 25th 2011

PSN Crisis - It is now Day 6 and so far I'm sure we've gone in this crisis from hopeful that the next announcement will say when PSN will be back up to I'm pretty sure we can wrap an entire drinking game around the useless daily updates from Sony on the PSN Crisis... drink a shot everytime they apologize, drink a shot (non alcoholic of course... Sony is going to get you drinking greatly these coming weeks I feel) when Sony denies that there's a timetable for completion, drink a shot everytime they ask for your patience... etc etc etc.

Still if there is an update sometime this week I'll post it here... just in case. Speaking of update the PSP DLC cast (Episode 2) is 30% short an ending so I'm working to wrap it up shortly.

3DS Life Episode 1 - No progress again. Maybe tomorrow...

Next casts? Once I put PSP DLC Episode 2 to bed I'll work on Digital Scribbles Episode 4 and one more cast that isn't 3DS Life Episode 1... have to wait to unbox 3DS before I can finish that... sigh... how about some Doctor Who?

Back to the Planet of the Daleks, Episode 2 Part 1.

Updates All Around!

PSN Outage - Unfortunately it's not official but whispers are beginning that we could see PSN back on anywhere between (earliest) Monday in Japan and Tuesday in the rest of the world to next weekend (7 days)... so, keep an eye out in Japan everyone, if PSN goes back up there tomorrow (Monday) it'll be back everywhere else by Tuesday at the earliest...in the meantime...

Podcast Updates
PSP DLC Episode 2 - I took advantage of the weekend to cast about the outage. The cast is about 70% complete and I should be ready to put it out by Tuesday (to maybe greet PSN as it returns... knock on wood.)
Status - 70% Complete

3DS Life Episode 1 - Stagnant for now while I wait to do the unboxing. Stay tuned for updates.
Status - 50% Complete

Digital Scribbles Episode 4 - Got caught up with the PSP cast, so much so I am behind on my reviews to RKYV... have to turn them in before the weekend or I'm out for a month. Sigh. Back to work.
Status - Pre Production

New update tomorrow! Stay tuned! (Oh, and it looks like all the speculating about the outage of PSN was removed from the Wikipedia page for some reason... and there was quite abit of coverage about it too!)

Commentary : The Debate About Reimbursement During the PSN Outage

During the outage of the PlayStation Network there has been quite abit of talk going on in the blog, and quite abit of discussion about not only how long the outage will be (now indefinite for the time being while Sony retools the entire Network from the ground up, fingers crossed it doesn't mean all of us losing our download records of stuff we purchased in the past) but whether or not Sony would, or to be more precise should, compensate us.

Sadly, as if to make the point moot, there is already writing in the PSN contract which makes any such compensation a pipe dream at best, and something Sony has no obligation to fulfill once the Network is back up... but not so much am I saying whether or not they are obligated to compensate us as whether or not it is in their best interest to do so... and I have to say that it a big yes in that regard.

First off Sony loses nothing by compensating us with... say a $20 card worth of stuff for regular members and $50 for Plus members... a rather conservative number kicked around by some posters though some said $25 for regular members... and I for one never remember seeing a $25 PSN card... so we'll stick to $20. This isn't a check, this isn't a payment that we'll all run out and cash at the bank, costing Sony millions, this is digital money used to get... yes... Sony product. Sony loses nothing by this, and in fact can only gain. How so?

One. It's a good faith gesture to the 70 or so million subscribers to the Sony service. It says that Sony thinks each and every one of us is a valuable commodity (those of us not in groups called "Anonymous" and secretly plotting to crash PSN because of some hardware or software change to the PS3 done some time ago) and that our membership is valued... and more importantly we are valued by them. You couldn't write better PR than that I can tell you right now. Also it is something to encourage new members...

Two. Why? Well alot of us will have nothing but good things to say about Sony once they grease our virtuaal palms and we praise them to high heaven over it. The past days will be all but forgotten, and we'll be in tighter than ever. And, more importantly, we'll be dropping our money on Sony once again as they are the best best of the three game companies if they only give us a reason to treasure them and express our gratitude to them.

Three. Did I mention it's good for PR? Especially since amongst the 70 million are people like me, who review Sony's product on a daily basis. I can say that I'll have only good things to say in my commentaries if Sony steps up to the bat, keeps us informed of the PSN recovery, and more importantly compensates us for the time as to affirm that they are indeed the best game company out there... as if Nintendo doesn't already do enough to prove that with their rather anti gamer stance on the WiiStore and the DS Store.

Four. Finally it is an investment in Sony, but it is also a pretty good chance to take notes because when we all go in to turn in our points Sony will have a pretty good idea what is their top sellers in games, TV and Movies, and comics from the sheer volumes of sales they'll be doing days after everyone is reimbursed. Far better than a survey and far quicker too.

It's only win/win on all sides if Sony does this. And while I don't expect Sony to do anything of the sort... I think it would be wise for them to consider it as they can only gain from such an act, and really after these few days of public relations hits upon hits on them by an increasingly angry fan base they could use all the positive press they can get right about now... updates on this as it goes along so stay tuned!

Your PSN Update of the Day

Here's today's update on the situation concerning the PlayStation Network... and it's a doozy!

"We sincerely regret that PlayStation Network and Qriocity services have been suspended, and we are working around the clock to bring them both back online. Our efforts to resolve this matter involve re-building our system to further strengthen our network infrastructure. Though this task is time-consuming, we decided it was worth the time necessary to provide the system with additional security.
We thank you for your patience to date and ask for a little more while we move towards completion of this project. We will continue to give you updates as they become available"
Seriously? Your going to REBUILD the entire PlayStation Network from scratch?!? We better not lose anything from our accounts or there'll be hell to pay, Sony! And you too, Anonymous! I'm looking this up further to see just how time consuming this will be, so updates as that info become available!

ImagiNation Doctor Who Edition Episode 1 Now Available!

Collecting together what I can find of the Audio Dramas of the Doctor for your enjoyment! This week it's the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) in The Last of the Titans, and a short featuring Captain Marvel from DC Comics... because. Enjoy.

Next time it's the two part Blood of the Dalek featuring Paul McGann, the Eighth Doctor.

Distraction of the Day : Genesis of the Daleks Part 1 (Fourth Doctor)

Not the greatest vid from Youtube ever but... oh well. Enjoy as we continue to wait for Sony to get the PSN fixed... and yes... I would like a free game for all this waiting please, Sony.

The Latest on the PSN Crash

Well, it's Saturday and they're still down. So what is the latest?

Well now PSN is finally admitting that the downage is due to external hacking. But who? Well first it was implied that it was Sony's newest arch nemesis Anonymous... only they came out and denied it... only to then have someone drop in on their web address and pretty much read on their own little pow wow section for coordinating with other members that they were responsible... I didn't see it, so I don't know, but if it's true? Then Anonymous should change it's name to Retardymous since... well... don't go saying your innocent then leave a nice digital paper trail that says otherwise. Really.

But regardless of who is to blame the fact is PSN is still down, and word that it'll be handled in one to two days have gone to it'll be updated soon... with no clear sign as to when PSN will be back up.

As for me? I still have my eye on Quriocity since, well, Music Unlimited just came up and suddenly PSN goes down... probably coincidence especially since it seems Anonymous is responsible from what I heard (unconfirmed), but I still have my eye on Quriocity all the same.

We'll keep an eye on this, and post updates here as it becomes available. Stay tuned.

Distraction of the Day : Some Shorts of the Fourth Doctor

Just because... it's a few things of the Fourth Doctor... like a funny bit... or the Fourth Doctor shilling computers... or a scene that never really happened... take a look!

Updates

PlayStation Network - Seems according to the blogs... it's one thing or another. One European blog before it was removed blamed external sources for the crash... which seemed to mark Sony's newest enemies in the loosely knit pro Region Free slash chipped PS3s slash hacked PS3s group called "Anonymous"... except for the fact Anonymous denies responsibility and, well, it happened just as Music Unlimited from Qriocity became available... I don't know but it seems to me Sony's newest app from Qriocity might be more to blame for the crash than their rivals (but remember the past crash I complained about some casts back? That was Anonymous).

I'm going to have a few commentaries about this, and the Sony vs. Anonymous battle in the near future, you bet.

ImagiNation DW Episode 1 - Should be out tomorrow. I just have to convert it into MP3 format and release it, which is a pain.

3DS Episode 1 - While I thought I'd toy with a 1/2 episode release I think I'll patiently wait to unbox the 3DS and wrap the cast... stay tuned for more info as it comes about.

PSP DLC Episode 2 - Yes, we're doing a bit on this whole Sony vs. Anonymous thing in the cast. As well as new reviews, stay tuned.

Third Doctor : Planet of the Dalek Episode 1 Part 3 (3)

Playstation Network still down? No worries, we got the Third Doctor for you! Enjoy the wrap of Episode 1, Episode 2 coming shortly!

ImagiNation Max DW Edition Episode 1 nearly done!

The first Doctor Who centric radio drama cast is almost done, just need to assemble it and put it out.
First cast you'll get your 4-1-1 on the Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy) and hear one of his adventures, The Last of the Titans. You'll also get a mini Captain Marvel cast (versus Doctor Illusion... a strange guy with a voice that sounds like he'd make a good Dalek) in the episode. Enjoy!

Next cast? Part 1 of the Eighth Doctor Paul McGann's adventure against the Daleks in Blood of the Daleks Part 1. Coming soon.

PlayStation Network Has Fallen!

If you are like me and do the whole PSP or PS3 thing then you probably already know that the PSN has been down since Wednesday evening slash Thursday morning. Apparently they seem to be having abit of problem but according to Wikipedia their blog says they should be up in a day or two... we'll see. In the meantime what is to blame? I don't know, but odd that it went down the same time Music Unlimited by Qriocity became available...

Today's Time Passer : Doctor Who Planet of the Daleks Episode 1 Part 2 of 3

If we're going to count down daily now is as good a time as any to get back to the adventure we started a few days ago! Back to the Planet of the Daleks, everyone!

3DS Episode 1 Update

Just looked at the downloads so far for Episode Zero... sigh... well, hope it picks up soon.
In the meantime Episode 1 has completed all the pre-unboxing content and it's now at 50%... but that also means we have ground to a halt until the unboxing of the 3DS which isn't happening... yet.

So count the days with us as we post something a day to count down. Next post is the first day's stuff to stay tuned! In the meantime work is swinging to PSP TV Episode 2 and our first Doctor Who Audio Drama cast. Updates on those shortly.

Podcast Updates (April 20th 2011)

Should have my reviews in by this weekend. Sorry for the delay.

3DS Life Episode 1
Slowly but surely forging ahead... even as I still have to acquire the 3DS itself... sadly I think I'll be up to 75% of content before I get my hands on one... but it's useful content. Breakdown of the physical and apps aspects of the 3DS, new commentary on the end of Region Free, my choices for 3DS titles I plan to review shortly and during the summer, that's the start of it... well, we're a 1/4th of the way through now so look for updates.
Status - 25% Complete

PSP TV Episode 3
Once I get enough of 3DS Life Episode 1 done I'll start on Episode 3, I'm already writing it now.
Status - 0% Complete (scripting)

Digital Scribhbles Episode 4
Coming next week
Status - Pre Production

PSP DLC Life Episode 2
It's upgrade is delayed... sigh Looking to get a new larger memstick to improve reviewing capacity.
Status - Pre Production.

Putting up the second part of Episode 1 of Planet of the Daleks tonight. Hope your enjoying this classic Doctor Who episode!

The Third Doctor - Planet of the Daleks Episode 1 Part 1 of 3

Ah well. While I sit and wait for the ability to download I found a few nice tasty tidbits off of youtube... mind you, BBC, I'd be happy to turn over my reviewing money to you if you made all this available on the PlayStation Network... (cough cough hint hint cough cough)... yeah, it's a pain on the memstick but still... so here we go, it's the Third Doctor and he's headed off to the Planet of the Daleks... why? I don't know. Still have to watch.

PSP TV Episode 2 Update

In PSP TV Episode 2 my commentary is on the missing episodes of the Doctor... I wonder if these I just found count!

Yay for 4shared! I found some classic First Doctor vs. the Daleks episodic content! One is the Dalek's Masterplan (Episode 2), the other is The Daleks!... now if only I can upload already on this damn blog! All of a sudden I can't upload... sigh... anyway look forward to that content once I can put up! It's in Black and White, yes, and it's old school Doctor... but still it is the Doctor, versus the Daleks...  can't go wrong with that!

Still like to find Fourth Doctor content if I can. That'd be nice.

3DS Life Episode Zero is now available!

Oh how far you've come oh DS, now 3DS!

In this zero episode we reconnect with what should have been the ongoing cast from last year (DSI Life), reconnect with the past reviews of those two casts, and have some new stuff.

New commentary! We talk about Nintendo's shortcomings with their WiiStore, and maybe even the DSI slash 3DSStore, and tell you how they can mprove... that, by the way, is going to be a theme as Nintendo has alot of failings it seems. Dislike of region free playability, anti home brewed gaming, anti free content, anti adult content... we could comment on Nintendo for quite sometime... and we will.

First look at the 3DS and some of it's specifics (the 3D in 3DS, the new circle pad, it's failings besides content (battery power and internal memory potential)... we have abit to say.

Episode 1 will be the unboxing and intro of the 3DS, our first reviews, and our first look at Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney (Phoenix Wright!)

Notes
I do mention the DSI abit, but that's because the reviews are from a previous cast that should have been ongoing, DSI Life. Next cast we'll only mention the 3DS.

This episode we're reviewing Cake Mania, Cooking Mama and LEGO Indiana Jones 2 The Adventure Continues. I mention reviewing LEGO Battles but I still have to get to that... coming soon.

For some reason having a bit of a time uploading videos... don't know why. I'll keep trying.
So please, download the cast, invite new people to become followers of this blog and to download the cast! Thanks!

3DS Life Episode Zero coming this weekend

To gear you up for the 3DS I put together Episode Zero, refreshing my last DS related podcast (DSI Life) and taking a first look at the interior specifics of the 3DS. Hint -- internal memory sucks but hopefully the internal gadgetry and bells slash whistles makes up for the inferior sucky memory... probably not but we'll see.

3DS Life Episode Zero, warming you up for the premiere Episode 1, coming shortly. Stay tuned.

The Evolution Will Be Podcasted... in 3D!

Meh. Much akin to the feeling of having to hack a leg off in order to save yourself from certain death, so goes my decision to jump into the Nintendo 3DS and announce the coming of 3DS Life Episode 1... what can I say? Nintendo has not lived up to my expectations of late.

Don't get me wrong, I love Nintendo, been a loyal fan since the original NES, but of late I have been rather underwhelmed with the product when it comes to latest handhelds and consoles (the Wii). The Wii is fun, no question, but when you compare to the rather anti player attitude of the WiiStore (Free Demos? No. Free anything? Barely (a few token channels) compared to the downright homey and player friendly landscape of the PlayStation Network? Is it any wonder why I am... apprehensive about investing in the 3DS? But invest I will, so we'll be warming you up for the big premiere coming shortly... stay tuned for more info.

And I went looking for an image... I found this great one of a hot blonde lady leaning over a couch topless, her bra just drapped lovingly over her bare breasts... but then I remembered that people are so uptight about that sort of thing of late... sobs... I hate soccer moms.

Stay tuned for 3DS Life coming shortly!

PSP TV Episode 2 Now Available!

This week we review Doctor Who : Dreamland and The Infinite Quest on download video, as well as two solo Doctor Who One Shots and Doctor Who Volume 2 #1 from IDW. Today's commentary is preserving the future of the Doctor by restoring his missing past, and that's a pretty good start for the cast. A few notes.

Sadly we didn't get to doing the Christmas specials despite plans to do so. But I got the episodes now so working on that for Episode 3 in one week, as well as new comic reviews of the Doctor.

Next up is PSP TV Episode 3, choosing between Digital Scribbles Episode 4 and PSP DLC Episode 2, and the first Doctor Who centric cast of Imagination Nation (probably going to stick to one drama at a time just so the cast doesn't get too large to download).

So working on that this weekend so stay tuned for updates, OK?

PSP TV Episode 2 Uploading in a Few Hours

Finally done so I'm putting it up shortly. Short the Christmas episodes but that'll be covered in Episode 3 next week. In the meantime this weekend I'll go to work on PSP Episode 3, Imagination Nation Doctor Who Edition Episode 1 and one more cast. Stay tuned!

Wednesday, April 13, 2011

PSP TV Episode 2 Almost Done!

Just putting together some filler content so I hope to be done with it tomorrow if not by Friday. Knock on wood. After that this weekend work begins on the double casts, one being PSP TV Episode 3... but what will the other one be? We'll see. Stay tuned. Also stay tuned for the release of PSP TV Episode 2!

PSP TV Update

PSP TV Episode 2
Yup. Way too much content for one cast. So... while we're nearly done with this...

PSP TV Episode 3
Come back next week for the continuation. Doctor Who Christmas episodic bash, Doctor Who Volume 2 review of the "Ripper's Curse" story arc, a new commentary on the next thing that should make it's way to the PlayStation Network (so far we got Games, TV and Comics... how about some Audio Dramas now since the music/audio section of PSN is the most underused and stocked section of  PSN.

All that next week with either Digital Scribbles Episode 4 or PSP DLC Episode 2! Stay tuned!

Podcast Release Updates

Digital Scribbles Episode 4
This week pick up the last few bits to be reviewed, the next cast focusing on Devil's Due.
Status - Pre Production

DVD Parade Max Week 16
One of our other casts returning. Look ahead at upcoming movies Pirates of the Caribbean : On Stranger Tide, X-Men First Class and Green Lantern for starters.
Status - Pre Production

Imagination Nation : The Doctor Who Casts Episode 1
I probably will split this into three bites on release otherwise it might be hard to put together a 90 minute cast, let alone convince people to download a hefty cast. Enjoy the adventures of the 7th Doctor (Sylvester McCoy), Part 1 of Blood of the Daleks (split into 2 parts) with the 8th Doctor (Paul McGann) and one more to be determined.
Status - Pre Production

DSI Life Episode 1
Still in pre production heck... at least PSP is going to upgrade... sigh. Same thing happened last year when I tried to upgrade...
Status - Pre Production

PSP Go DLC Episode 2
On hold until I have the upgrade to start it off... but on a bright side we have a cast to fill time while we wait for important stuff like that.
STatus - Pre Production

PSP TV Episode 2
The last pre upgrade episode. Over 50% done even though I think I painted myself into a corner doing an all Christmas episode theme when... uh... I still need to get the 2005 and 2007 episodes... uh... slight delay?
Status - 55% Complete

Top Five Casts (April 11th 2011)

Sadly while the casts here are not near the Top Five list of my other casts (which I have to get back on track again in the near future) they're growing slowly. Here's the top five of the RKYV casts to date.

Fifth is PSP TV Episode 1
Tied for Third is Digital Scribbles Episodes 2 and 3 (NEW)
Second is PSP DLC Episode 1
First is Digital Scribbles Episode 1

Next cast out is PSP TV Episode 2 (the Doctor Who Christmas Episodes Part 1 of 2) and maybe a nice filler cast starting you out on Doctor Who Radio Dramas (starring with the Seventh Doctor Sylvester McCoy and Eight Doctor Paul McGann. Presently PSP TV Episode 2 is 55% done while the Doctor Who Audio Drama cast (Episode 1) is... maybe 33% or so percent done. Stay tuned for updates.

One Final Review...

And Digital Scribbles Episode 3 is done! Should be wrapping it up Friday! Stay tuned!

Digital Scribbles Episode 3 Update (90% Complete... almost)

With the final review, ending and some filler content between to wrap up I am close to putting Episode 3 to bed. As I thought it would take all the way to the weekend to wrap it up. Going to power through abit more, get some more done, and push this closer to release. Tomorrow will see some more progress and bring us closer to it's release.

Next cast is going to probably be the last before we upgrade to PSP Go casts. That means next PSP DLC will be PSP Go DLC and premiere the breakdown and analysis of the PSP Go, and compare it to what 2012 will bring with the NGP. Stay tuned. Finishing up Digital Scribbles BTW before moving on to PSP TV Episode 2.

So a few more hours to go before I wrap for the night. See what further progress we can make. Stay tuned.

Digital Scribbles Update

Episode 3 now is at 30% and, knock on wood, we'll be at 50% minimum by tonight.
Forging ever onwards. Hope to have it out Wednesday.

Other updates...
PSP TV Episode 2
New line up!
Reviewing on the Animation side Doctor Who : The Infinite Quest and Dreamland.
On the Christmasy side we apply Star Trek urban myth logic to Doctor Who by reviewing every even year Doctor Who Christmas Special (where I am sure David Tennant nor Matt Smith had dyed their hair nor had a "weave out" to make these great... really, I'll explain Star Trek movie mythos to you and you won't believe the myth that goes into a good Star Trek movie!)

50th Post! Updates on Podcasts!

Hey it's our 50th Post! So let's update you!

Digital Scribbles Episode 3
Just piecing together the first review, Doctor Who Classics Volume 1, is time consuming! I hope once I get through the introduction to the Fourth Doctor I can forge ahead and start putting this cast to bed... fingers crossed.
Progress - 0% (still in production)

PSP TV Episode 2
It's another Doctor Who special! No work on it yet since I'm focusing on getting Digital Scribbles Episode 3 off the ground... sigh. But I got all the episodes I'm reviewing together so there's that at least.
Progress - 0% (still in production)

PSP DLC Episode 2
Not until the end of the month nearly but I got everything I need to get this one done, I just need to do it.
Progress - 0% (still in production)

Untitled DS Podcast
I am moving forward to doing it... just need to get the all important item (DSI or 3DS) and we're on.
Stay tuned for progress reports.

Top Five Podcasts Update every Sunday

Yeah, it's Sunday now but in a few hours I'll post the first time. Every week we'll keep track of how our casts are doing now that we put out all three series of our RKYV Online related casts.

In the meantime new ways to hear the casts are being thought of (really) as we continue along, as well as new themes as we roll into the summer. Stay tuned, and please please please recommend us to your friends and become followers of the page! Thank you!

PSP TV Episode 1 Now Available for Download

I'd like to say, first off, I did watch the Kids' Choice Awards since I handicapped it in a previous Power Rangers Henshin Max cast... then about an hour into it I stopped when I realized I had zero notion of how kids would vote since I was completely blown out of the water by how the kids actually voted... to my dismay. I knew abit but Super Mario Galaxy 2 AND Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 LOST?!? COME ON!! Not even a win for Emma Watson?!? SERIOUSLY?!? YOU VOTED FOR MILEY CYRUS OVER EMMA WATSON?!? REALLY!!!

Anyway PSP TV Episode 1 is out, and we're reviewing the following...
Main Reviews? It's the start of the first cycle of Anime reviews with reviews of Kiddy Grade Episodes 1-2 and School Rumble Episodes 1-2
Don't panic! It's a panic review of Victorious Season 2 Episode 1... which isn't as exciting as you might think.
Finally in commentary we talk about the flaws with the video section of PlayStation Network... the one time only download policy. Which sucks.

Due to Doctor Who Weeks the next episode of PSP TV is now April 13th and it'll feature Doctor Who reviews, as well as a new Panic Review of a previw of... Shark Men! Shark!! That's next time!

Next cast coming this week? Digital Scribbles Episode 3, the Doctor Who Special, coming up!
